Palo Blanco was our first water project in the flat lowlands very near the Air Force base outside of Comayagua. It was completed in November of 2010.

The village was using a little muddy trickle of water for their needs. We built a new well and water tank. We also provided pilas to about 80 homes. Phase two of the Palo Blanco project is now completed where we added a wash basin and latrines for the school. The school children now have a place to "do their business" in a sanitary manner. Phase three will now be started where a classroom is added to the overloaded school.
